This Legal Disclaimer, Terms of Use and Communication Policy (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”, “You”) and Falcon Fin Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing, browsing, submitting your details, or using this website and/or availing any services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement without limitation or qualification.
1. Nature of Engagement (Direct Selling Agent – DSA)
The Company operates strictly in the capacity of a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for various Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
The Company’s role is limited to:
- Marketing and promotion of financial products
- Lead generation and sourcing
- Collection and submission of customer documentation
The Company:
- Is not a lender or financial institution
- Does not approve, sanction, or reject loans
- Does not determine loan eligibility, interest rates, or terms
- Does not handle or accept customer funds
All decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective Banks/NBFCs.
2. Business Model Disclosure
The Company primarily operates through:
- Outdoor marketing and field activities
- Direct customer engagement
- Relationship-based business with existing clients and their referrals
The Company does not rely on mass unsolicited telemarketing as its primary business model. Any engagement is based on:
- Customer consent
- Existing relationships
- Customer referrals
- Customer-initiated inquiries
3. Communication Channels and Preferences
Use the telephone numbers, email addresses and WhatsApp links published on this website to contact Falcon about your enquiry. A caller ID or number format alone does not establish that a communication is genuine. If unsure, verify the request using our published contact details before sharing information.
Commercial calls and messages are subject to the consent, preference, registration and channel requirements applicable to that communication. Sending an enquiry does not provide a blanket override of DND/NDNC preferences or authorise unrelated promotional communications.
Do not share passwords or OTPs with a caller or transfer money in response to an unverified request. Falcon does not charge customer service fees. Lender charges and product conditions are separate.
4. Website Enquiries and Contact Preferences
We use the details you choose to send to respond to your enquiry. Any promotional communications require the consent and preference handling applicable to that channel. You may ask us to stop further enquiry follow-up through our published contact details.
The website prepares your enquiry locally for you to review. Choosing Continue to WhatsApp places its text in an external link that WhatsApp processes and that may appear in browser history. Falcon receives the message when you choose Send there. This website does not automatically send the enquiry or subscribe you to a newsletter.
The welcome notice and Google Maps choice are separate from the enquiry consent checkbox. Your preferred contact method or time is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
5. No Offer, Solicitation, or Advisory
Nothing contained herein shall constitute:
- An offer to lend
- A solicitation to borrow
