Falcon does not charge customer service fees.
This website does not collect a payment for Falcon’s enquiry or consultancy service. There is no Falcon website service-fee payment to refund.
Lender interest and charges
A bank or NBFC may charge interest, processing fees, taxes, prepayment or foreclosure charges, and other amounts under its own product terms. The absence of a Falcon customer service fee does not mean that a lender’s loan is free of charges.
Review the lender’s written offer and fee schedule before accepting. Verify any payment request through the lender’s official channels and Falcon’s published contact details.
Cancellation and refund enquiries
For a loan application cancellation or a question about a lender’s charge or refund, contact the relevant bank or NBFC and check its applicable written terms. Falcon can help with application-status and coordination questions. This page does not set a lender’s refund deadline or replace its terms.
